Swaran Singh

Swaran Singh has extensive work experience in the field of business analysis and project management. Swaran started their career as a Business Execution and Marketing Manager at Franciscan Solutions Pvt.Ltd in 2011. Swaran then went on to work as a Senior Area Manager-IT Services, where they handled product demos, implementation, and client support. In 2013, they became a Regional Manager-IT Products & Services, responsible for prioritizing projects, providing leadership to the development team, and identifying improvement opportunities.

In 2015, Swaran Singh joined Franciscan Solutions Pvt.Ltd as the Head- Quality Control & Testing. Swaran managed process improvement, established QA infrastructure, and oversaw product planning and release. In 2018, they moved to KSNR Immegration Services Pvt Ltd as a Senior Business Analyst-IT, where they acted as a liaison between business units, IT, and third-party vendors. Swaran conducted interviews, led planning meetings, and facilitated project meetings.

In 2019, Swaran Singh joined Iron Systems, Inc as a Senior Business Analyst. Swaran'sresponsibilities included managing the cloud application lifecycle, version control, reporting, project management, and testing on Azure DevOps Server. Swaran also served as an Agile Business Analyst and provided project management support.

Currently, Swaran Singh is working as a Senior Business Analyst at Flentis Corporation.

Swaran Singh's education history includes multiple degrees and certifications. Swaran obtained a GNIIT- Software Engineering degree in Computer Software Engineering from NIIT Institute from 2008 to 2011. In 2022, they enrolled in the Management Development Programmes-Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode, where they are pursuing a Professional Certification Programme in Product Management (PCPPM). This program focuses on Product Management, Product Strategy, Concept Development, Solution Design, and Understanding Customers.

From 2015 to 2017, Swaran Singh attended Sikkim Manipal University, Gangtok, where they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Information Systems Management (ISM) IT. Prior to this, they obtained a Master of Commerce (M.Com.) degree in International Marketing from Chatrapati Sahuji Maharaj Kanpur University, Kanpur, from 2008 to 2010. Swaran Singh also holds a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in International Marketing from the same university, which they completed from 2005 to 2008.

In terms of additional certifications, Swaran Singh obtained various professional certifications. These include Lean Six Sigma, Six Sigma Green Belt, and Six Sigma Black Belt from iACT Global - International Academy for Certification & Training in 2017. Swaran completed a certification in Digital Marketing from Ducat Education in 2016. Additionally, Swaran Singh earned certifications from Microsoft, including Microsoft Certified Professional Developer: Windows and Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist - .Net Framework 2.0 - Windows Applications in 2009.

Most recently, in 2023, Swaran Singh obtained three certifications from Scrum Alliance: Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) and Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®).
