Ash Bennett

Ash Bennett has extensive experience in customer experience and IT support, currently serving as Team Lead - Customer Experience at Fletcher Building since February 2020. Previously, Ash held various roles at Unitec Institute of Technology from July 2004 to February 2020, including Community IT Learning Facilitator - Team Leader for the Free4U Computing program, where responsibilities included managing direct reports, developing course materials, and promoting digital literacy initiatives. Prior positions at Unitec involved leadership and technical support roles within the Information Management Services, overseeing help desk operations, training staff, and creating educational content. Ash holds a Bachelor of Arts with a major in German and a minor in Information Systems and Computing from Unitec.
