Catriona Strong

Catriona Strong has extensive experience in human resources and people management, having held key positions at various organizations. At Fletcher Building, Catriona serves as People & Performance Manager. Previously, Catriona was the Head of People & Culture at NZ Sugar Company Ltd and has also worked as Human Resource Manager and HR Manager at Campbell Arnotts and NZ Sugar Company Ltd, respectively. Additionally, Catriona held the role of HR Project Lead at Housing New Zealand Corporation, showcasing a diverse skill set in HR leadership and project management.
