Eryl Ricafort

Eryl Ricafort, CHRP, is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as the Manager of Learning, People Performance & Engagement at the Canadian Institute for Health Information (CIHI) since August 2023. In this role, Eryl leads the strategic design, implementation, and evaluation of HR programs aimed at enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee experience, focusing on areas such as talent management, learning and development, leadership development, performance management, employee engagement, and recognition. Prior experience includes managerial and consultant roles at PwC Canada and various positions at Canada Post, Mercer, Canadian Red Cross, Standards Council of Canada, Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat, and Library and Archives Canada. Eryl holds an Honours Bachelor of Social Sciences from the University of Ottawa, and has pursued further education at Sciences Po and the University of Alberta.
