Kate Snyman

Kate Snyman has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Kate is currently working as a Senior Talent Lead at Fletcher Building, where they lead talent attraction activities for multiple business units. Prior to this, Kate worked at the Queensland Audit Office as a Director of Talent Management and Senior Manager of Capability, where they oversaw workforce management and learning and development initiatives. Kate also has experience as a Manager of Resource Management at PwC Australia, where they managed a large team and contributed to resource management strategy. Earlier in their career, Kate held roles in human resources and resource coordination at Aurion HR & Payroll Technology and Resource Planning Solutions. Kate also has experience in crew planning and operations coordination in the aviation industry. Overall, Kate brings a wealth of experience in talent management, resource coordination, and operational support to their roles.

Kate Snyman obtained a Bachelor of Laws degree from James Cook University between 2000 and 2004. Kate later pursued a Bachelor of Business degree in Human Resource Management at Griffith University, which they completed between 2012 and 2020. In 2023, they obtained a certification as a Certified HR and Talent Analytics Manager (CHRA™) from the Chartered Institute of Professional Certifications.
