Sakshi Nigam is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with a diverse background in recruitment and human resources. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Lead at Gushwork since October 2024, Sakshi has successfully scaled the Customer Success team from 5 to 15 members within a two-month period. Prior to this role, Sakshi worked at Cognizant as a Talent Acquisition Lead, managing end-to-end recruitment for technical roles and fostering relationships with business and engineering teams. As a Talent Specialist at Servian, recruitment initiatives focused on niche Data, Digital, and DevOps talent from associate to senior levels. Sakshi began the career as an HR Intern at AceNgage. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Psychology from Bangalore University and a Diploma in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies.
