Kate Yoxall

Kate Yoxall is an experienced professional in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as the Learning and Organisational Development Manager for the Concrete Division at Fletcher Building since November 2019. Her expertise includes leading learning and development initiatives, diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies, and generalist HR functions across various organizations, including AECOM and Barnardos New Zealand. Kate has held multiple HR leadership positions, providing governance and HR guidance as a Board Member at Ponsonby Community Centre, and has a solid educational foundation with a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources from Massey University and various certifications in coaching and mental health first aid.
