Brendan Wickham

Brendan Wickham is an accomplished commercial manager with extensive experience in the construction industry. Currently serving as the Commercial Manager at Fletcher Construction Company since October 2021, Brendan manages the NZ International Convention Centre Auckland rebuild and the services for the adjoining Horizon Hotel, overseeing a project valued at approximately $700 million. Prior to this role, Brendan was a Senior Quantity Surveyor at Newlyn Property Developments Limited, managing various residential and commercial projects with budgets between €10 million and €70 million. Brendan began the career as a Project Surveyor at G & T Crampton Ltd, contributing to significant projects such as the 13-storey Ulster Bank construction and Roches Store redevelopment. Educational qualifications include a Post Graduate degree in Green Technologies & Sustainable Development from University College Dublin, a Bachelor's degree in Construction Economics & Management, and a Diploma in Construction Management & Technology from Technological University Dublin.
