Shelby Woodyear-Smith currently serves as the Head of Employment Relations at Fletcher Construction, a position held since July 2025. Educationally, Shelby holds a Master of Management in Human Resource Management and a Graduate Certificate in Arts (Philosophy) from Massey University, as well as a Bachelor of Laws with a double major in Law and Strategic Management from The University of Waikato and Professional Studies in Law from The College of Law Australia.
