Joseph Darien Beatty

Joseph Darien Beatty has had a diverse range of work experiences. Joseph Darien most recently served as the Chief Operating Officer at Fletchline Companies since July 2022, after holding the position of Senior Vice President Operations from July 2020 to July 2022. Before that, they worked as a Master Scuba Diver Trainer at Scuba Unlimited from October 2017 to September 2020. From March 2013 to July 2020, they worked at Honeywell, initially as a Vice President Project Management/Program Manager. Joseph also has experience in the scuba industry, having worked as a Master Scuba Diver Trainer at International Scuba from August 2016 to May 2017. Prior to that, they worked at Deloitte as an Audio Video Engineering Services Senior Manager from January 2011 to February 2013. Additionally, they have held management roles at The Whitlock Group from February 2008 to January 2011, Stryker Communications from April 2005 to February 2008, Siemens from 1999 to 2005, and Johns Manville from 1995 to 1999. Joseph's early career began as an Army Officer in the US Army from 1991 to 1996.

Joseph Darien Beatty completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Economics at the United States Military Academy at West Point from 1987 to 1991. Joseph Darien then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a General MBA focus at Oklahoma City University from 1991 to 1993. Before their higher education, Joseph attended Camden High School from 1986 to 1987. Additionally, they acquired several certifications including Certified Bourbon Steward from Stave & Thief Society (obtained in 2023), MSDT and OWSI certifications from PADI (obtained in 2016 and 2014 respectively), Six Sigma Black Belt and Six Sigma Green Belt certifications from Aveta Business Institute (both obtained in 2014), and a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (obtained in 2004).
