Christy Wilson

Christy Wilson has over 15 years of work experience in the technology, product, and operations space. Christy began their career at Splunk in 2007 as VP of Product Operations, where they were recruited by the CTO and Founder to ensure product and organizational scalability and success. During their time at Splunk, they enabled operational success during a rapid growth period from 50 to 1,200+ employees while valuation increased from $35M to $10B with 3 global locations (San Francisco, Seattle, and Shanghai) through the entire IPO process. In 2015, they moved to Versive as VP of Operations, where they were hired by the founding CEO to turnaround an underperforming product delivery system for a machine learning platform delivering predictive analytics/AI. Christy then went on to found Christy Wilson Consulting in 2017, where they delivered advisory and consulting services to startups in the areas of Agile Operations, Product & Project Management, Organizational Strategy, and Leadership Coaching. In 2018, they took on advisor roles at DappDevs, Checkmate Digital, and Giflytics. In 2020, they joined BlackSwan Technologies as Senior Vice President Product. In 2021, they became VP Product at Infinicept and in 2022, they became Lead Investor at spring.art.

Christy Wilson completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science at the University of South Florida from 1996 to 2015. Christy then attended The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) from 2016 to 2018, where they earned a Global Master's in Management.
