Christoph Jost

Christoph is the founder and managing partner of FLEX Capital. As an entrepreneur, he founded the Absolventa online job exchange and built it into the German market leader, as well as developing the online listing group Passion 4 guestrooms. Both companies are now part of the FUNKE media group. He supports portfolio companies in particular with the composition of the management team, the development of the sales organization and acquisitions.

As a happily married father of two young daughters, the family comes first for Christoph. He still finds time on a regular basis to enjoy his great passion for various sports, such as kite surfing.

Christoph completed his academic training as a Dipl.-Kfm. at the LMU Munich.
