Arina Volkova

Arina Volkova has worked in three different companies since 2017. Arina began their career at Санкт-Петербургский политехнический университет Петра Великого as a Communications specialist, where their responsibilities included events organization, project management, and other tasks. In 2019, they moved to SETTERS as a Project Manager, where their main duties included team building, controlling of workflow, and monitoring team motivation and engagement. In 2020, they joined Flex Databases as an HR Manager and HR Specialist.

Arina Volkova obtained a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Peter the Great St.Petersburg Polytechnic University between 2014 and 2018. Arina then completed a Master's degree in Technology Leadership and Entrepreneurship from the same university between 2018 and 2020. In 2017, they also completed a short-term program in Marketing & Sales from FHWien der WKW. Additionally, they have obtained seven certifications from GeekBrains in the fields of Culture & Engagement, Total Reward, Learning & Development, Performance Management, Adaptation, HR Admin & Employee Relations, and Talent Acquisition between 2020 and 2021.
