Candace Tatton

Candace Tatton has worked in the Human Resources field since 2006. Candace began their career at Walmart as a Customer Service Manager and Accounting Office Associate from 2006-2018. From 2018-2019, they worked at UpWell Health as a People Generalist and People Operations Manager. From 2019-2022, they worked at Amazon as a Senior Human Resource Generalist. Currently, they are working at Flex Fleet Rental as an HR Manager. In their roles, they have established credibility throughout the organization to be an effective listener and problem solver of people issues, developed training and development programs, administered benefits and payroll, assisted with the development of progressive compensation and benefits programs, managed employee disciplinary actions, and provided HR guidance to site leadership.

Candace Tatton has a diverse educational background. Candace obtained a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Western Governors University in 2012. Prior to that, they attended Utah State University from 2007 to 2010, studying Human Resources Management and Services. Candace also attended Snow College from 2003 to 2006, where they obtained an Associate of Science - AS in General Studies, as well as an Associate of Arts and Sciences - AAS in Administrative Assistant and Secretarial Science, General. Additionally, they obtained Certificates of Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Document Production and a One-Year Certificate of Completion-Computer Applications Specialist from Snow College.
