Josh Erickson, MSML

Josh Erickson, MSML has over 10 years of work experience in the transportation and logistics field. Josh began their career in 2021 as the Transportation and Logistics Manager for Flex Fleet Rental.

From 2015 to 2021, they worked for C.H. Robinson in various roles. Josh was a PHX Capacity Center Mentor, where they worked with their supervisor to ensure that new employees were successfully trained and gained the necessary knowledge leading to increased mentee retention and overall job satisfaction. Josh was also a Carrier Account Manager, where they partnered with independent motor carriers to alleviate customers' supply chain pain points. Additionally, they were a Carrier Sales Representative, where they developed a book of business through finding and maintaining relationships with independent carriers and internal CH Robinson commercial employees.

From 2012 to 2015, they worked for BYU Independent Study as a Science Tutor/Supervisor. In this role, they interacted with students on subjects such as biology, chemistry, and physics, and managed and trained other tutors to develop better and more effective teaching skills and techniques. Josh also graded tests and assignments and managed expectations with the parents of the students, resulting in more realistic expectations and cutting complaints from parents and students by almost 35%.

Josh Erickson received their Associate's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Brigham Young University in 2011-2015. Josh then earned their Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science from Brigham Young University in 2011-2015. Most recently, Josh Erickson earned their Master's degree in Management and Leadership from Western Governors University in 2020-2021.
