James Moore

James Moore has a diverse work experience in the technology and legal sectors. James is the Co-Founder of Flex Legal Limited, an online platform connecting law students and lawyers with law firms and GC for flexible, on-demand services.

James has also served as a Board Member for SysKit, Gearset, and 3T Software Labs GmbH, providing expertise and guidance in various areas.

In their previous role at Redgate Software, they held multiple positions including Chief Technology Officer & Board Member, Head of Redgate Ventures, Head of Database Lifecycle Management Division, Head of DBA Tools Division, Head of .NET Developer Tools Division, and Software Engineer. James was responsible for technology, product development, critical internal projects, venture investments, portfolio management, revenue growth, and market positioning.

Furthermore, they oversaw the setup and expansion of Redgate Software Inc's US subsidiary as a Board Member. James played a crucial role in establishing operational and expansion plans and facilitating communication between the parent company and the subsidiary.

James Moore earned their MA in Computer Science from the University of Cambridge between 2002 and 2005.
