Carl Berg is an accomplished production and operations leader with extensive experience in plant management and manufacturing. Currently serving as a Senior Production Manager at Flex since February 2025, Carl has previously held significant roles, including Plant Manager at INDEVCO North America, Inc. and Custom Profile. With a track record of implementing lean principles to optimize resources and improve productivity, Carl has managed operations at companies such as Hubbell Power Systems and Michelin, demonstrating expertise in overseeing multiple departments and ensuring safety, quality, and cost objectives. Prior military service in the United States Army provided Carl with leadership experience across various roles, further enhancing skills in personnel management and strategic operations. Carl holds a Master’s degree in Education from Troy University and a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice/Police Science.
