Giorgio Sardo

Giorgio Sardo is a project engineer and mechanical team manager with 18 years of experience in medical device design and production. Currently serving as a Subject Matter Expert in Environmental Sustainability at Flex, Giorgio supports product design to enhance circular economy practices and reduce environmental impact. Previously, they coordinated design teams for electromechanical medical devices and led a mechanical engineering team focused on insulin therapy devices. Giorgio has also held key roles in the aerospace industry, leading mechanical design for a significant experiment on the International Space Station. Their background in mechanical engineering is complemented by a continuous learning approach in diverse projects.
