Manas Chodapaneedi is a Validation Engineer with extensive experience in New Product Introduction (NPI) and New Product Development (NPD) Design Verification projects for Class I, II, and III medical devices. Currently serving at Flex since January 2020, Manas has successfully led two medical device development projects through Design Verification and Design Output. Prior to joining Flex, Manas worked as a Validation Test Engineer at Verotech Solutions, LLC, from July 2017 to December 2019, with Flex as a client. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from Lamar University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University, as well as ongoing studies in an Executive MBA with a focus on Project Management at Campbellsville University.
