Misha de Larkin

Misha De Larkin has extensive experience in IT risk management and governance, currently serving as the Sr. Director of IT Risk Management & Governance and Global ERG Business Partner at Flex since December 2015. Previously, Misha held the position of Director of IT Legal and Global License Management Chief at Flex. Experience also includes roles at Adobe Systems as a Program Manager and Lead Systems Analyst, and at Cisco Systems as a Project Manager, Sr. Business Analyst, and Lead Auditor. Earlier career positions included Document Control Manager and Software Configuration Specialist at Redcreek Communications, as well as Document Control at Norian Corporation. Misha holds a BA in Clinical Psychology from San Jose State University, multiple Master's degrees from California Southern University in Clinical Psychology, Industrial and Organizational Psychology, and certifications in Chemical Dependency and Compulsive Disorders, along with an AA in Psychology from De Anza College.
