Monika Schreiber

Monika Schreiber is currently the Sr. Director of Total Rewards EMEA at Flex, a position held since 2015. With a strong background in compensation and reward management, Monika has led significant projects in M&A and HR transformation across various sectors, including finance and manufacturing. Previously, Monika worked as a Compensation and Benefit Expert at Sberbank Europe AG and as Compensation and Benefit Head for Citibank in the CE5 countries. Monika is also pursuing education at Corvinus University of Budapest.
