Peter Skafar

Peter Skafar is a seasoned professional in account management and operations, currently serving as the Director of Global Account Management at Flex since January 2023. Previously, Peter held the position of Account Director at Ivy Technology, where the focus was on reforming NPI processes and aligning client strategies for growth and customer satisfaction. Prior to that, Peter was the Director of Operations at iQor, managing a repair site while also serving as a Global Account Manager at Jabil, where significant experience was gained in driving customer satisfaction and pursuing growth opportunities across multiple continents. Peter's career began at Jabil in various management roles, including Business Unit Manager, Workcell Manager, and Planning and Logistics Manager, alongside earlier roles at Tyco TDI and Flextronics.
