Tim Leppard has held various roles in the technology industry since 2007. Tim started as Lead Software Engineer at Red Monkey Software Ltd. in 2007, where they were responsible for providing software solutions of the highest standard using open source technologies. In 2011, they began working as a Freelance Developer. In 2013, they became CTO & CoFounder of Diliger Research, a web based portal where investment and capital markets professionals identify, research, evaluate, compare solutions and connect with the suppliers that help them run their businesses. In 2017, Diliger's platform was acquired by Celent, a division of Oliver Wyman, and Tim became Division CTO. In 2021, Tim became CTO & Co-Founder of Flexa Careers.
Tim Leppard attended Trinity School of John Whitgift, Shirley, London from 1993 to 2001. Tim then went on to earn a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Economics at the University of Bristol between 2001 and 2004.
