Callie Turk currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder of FlexCare Infusion Centers, where responsibilities include overseeing the opening of turn-key clinics, managing operational expansions across multiple locations, and achieving significant revenue growth from $30 million to over $150 million in under three years. Callie led FlexCare to receive ACHC Ambulatory Infusion Center Accreditation in 2023 and oversees a team of over 100 while managing payer contracts across three states. Previous experiences include roles at UnitedHealth Group, where collaboration on a national nurse scheduling platform occurred, and ARJ Infusion Services, where Callie held the position of Manager of Clinical Education & Outcomes, focusing on compliance and education programs. Callie also served as the Director of Clinical Informatics & Education at AxelaCare Health Solutions, managing clinical outcome protocols nationwide. Callie's academic background includes a Master of Science in Health Care Administration from MidAmerica Nazarene University.
