Marko Njavro

Marko Njavro is the Co-Founder of FlexCareers, a company that provides an online platform to help working parents find flexible work arrangements. Prior to FlexCareers, Marko was an Executive Director at Morgan Stanley, where they led the equity derivatives trading teams. Before Morgan Stanley, Marko worked at Deutsche Bank as an equity derivatives trader. Marko has over 15 years of experience in the financial industry and is a thought-leader in the field of flexible work arrangements.

Marko Njavro has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business and a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Newcastle.
