Shikha Joshi

Shikha Joshi has been working in the Quality Assurance field since 2014. Shikha began their career at HCL Technologies as a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer, where they performed testing on Manchester United Web, Android and IOS Applications. Shikha then took on the role of Quality Assurance Engineer at Digi Communications, where they were responsible for logging and verifying defects in Mantis, creating and executing test plans using Test Link, performing application testing on IOS and Android platforms, and testing Web Services/XML/SOAP services using SoapUI. Shikha also served as a Software Engineer at Symantec, where they wrote automated test scripts using Iron Python to interact with windows drivers and registry to simulate different virus scenarios. Most recently, Shikha has been working as a Quality Assurance Engineer at Flexcavo since 2022, where they are responsible for preparing test plans and executing test scenarios and test cases, preparing initial phases of the Cypress Test Automation framework, preparing Test Strategies, understanding business requirements, collaborating with the development team, and automating web UI using Cypress.

Shikha Joshi obtained their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Uttrakhand Technical University, Dehradun in 2013. In 2014, they obtained the AMCAT Certified Software Engineer - IT Services certification from Aspiring Minds.
