Isena Garcia

Isena Garcia has been working in the automotive industry since 2002. Isena began their career as a Dealership Intern at Scottsdale Jaguar for United Auto Group. In 2003, they joined Apple Ford, Inc. as a Business Associate/Dealer Trainee Candidate, where they gained hands-on dealership and operational experience through Ford Motor Company's Dealership Management Trainee Program. In 2009, they joined the City of Virginia Beach as an Administrative Specialist and in 2013, they moved to the City of Sacramento as a Program Specialist (Contracts & Procurement Specialist). In 2017, they joined Pacific Gas and Electric Company as a Rental and Pool Administrator, Senior and Manager, Regional Fleet Operations. In 2019, they joined Lyft as a Regional Fleet Manager, West Coast, and in 2021, they joined flexdrive as an Operations Manager, Fleet Services.

Isena Garcia attended Arizona State University from 1998 to 2003, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Dealership Management from the W. P. Carey School of Business. In May 2003, they obtained a Certificate in Dealership Management from Arizona State University. In April 2012, they obtained a Certified Automotive Fleet Manager certification from the NAFA Fleet Management Association.
