Francis Duong

Francis Duong is a seasoned entrepreneur and technology executive with extensive experience in the e-commerce and mobile application industries. Currently, as Co-Founder of Formational since August 2022, Francis is focused on reimagining e-commerce alongside a team of skilled builders. At FLEXE, a role held since August 2013, Francis has contributed as both Co-Founder & Advisor and Co-Founder & CTO. Previously, Francis co-founded AppRebates, dedicating efforts from 2009 to December 2015 to assist iPhone app developers in marketing their applications. Earlier in the career, Francis served as Program Manager at IceBreaker U.S., Inc. from March 2007 to October 2008, overseeing the design of user experiences and features for mobile social networking applications, including launching significant functionalities such as a mobile advertisement aggregation system. Francis's foundational experiences were further cultivated at Y Combinator from June 2009 to August 2012.
