Jay Chaudhari

Jay Chaudhari is an experienced professional with over 20 years of M&A experience in real estate and private equity. They have successfully acquired, developed, and exited mixed-use developments across Central Florida and co-founded companies like Bolder Industries and JobPath Partners, focusing on social enterprises. Currently serving as the Executive Director at 1858 Capital Partners, Jay also holds advisory roles at Golden Dough Foods and Chatelet Manufacturing. Additionally, Jay is on the board of the ACG Orlando chapter and the Make-A-Wish Foundation in Central and Northern Florida. They reside in Winter Park with their spouse and daughter.
