Chris Downie

Chris Downie is the current Chief Executive Officer and Board Member at Flexential. Chris has over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. Prior to joining Flexential, Chris was the CEO of Transit Wireless from January 2018 to November 2021. Chris also served on the members committee at Daniels Investment Banking Firm where they were responsible for over 100 transactions per year with an aggregate value of over $5B. Chris has also been actively involved in merger and acquisition transactions totaling over $8B. Chris is a well-respected leader in the telecommunications industry and has established significant relationships within the private equity and debt communities.

Chris Downie graduated from The Hill School in Pennsylvania and then went on to Dartmouth College where they studied history. After college, they worked in the business world for a few years before attending NYU Stern School of Business to get their MBA in international business.
