Glen Williams has over 30 years of experience in IT and network administration. Currently, Glen serves as a Service Desk Analyst II at Flexential since October 2014, following a brief role as an IT Administrator at Peak 10. Prior to this, Glen worked as a Network Administrator at Smith Turf & Irrigation for 14 years, managing a range of network systems, virtual environments, and VoIP support across multiple locations. Earlier experience includes positions as a Hardware Administrator at David Drye Company and Systems Support Administrator at W.R. Bonsal, where responsibilities encompassed hardware and software support, AS/400 administration, and collaboration with trading partners.
