Jessica Owens has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Jessica started their career as an Assistant Manager at Woodside Country Store in 2000 and later moved to CDP Manufacturing as an Assistant Manager. In 2006, they joined Flexential as an Office Manager, where they supported sales, maintained the office condition, and collaborated with HR to implement initiatives. Jessica also planned and executed various events, including fundraising activities. In 2012, Jessica became the Regional Office Manager for Flexential's Florida region, providing office manager support for multiple locations. In 2014, they transitioned to the role of Senior Manager, Customer Success Operations & Gainsight Admin, where they supported Customer Success Managers and focused on customer retention and adding value through process development and training. Jessica's experience demonstrates their versatility and expertise in office management, customer success, and event planning.

Jessica Owens has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from East Carolina University. Jessica also holds an Associate of Arts in Business Administration degree from Hillsborough Community College. In terms of additional certifications, Jessica has obtained the Gainsight Administrator Certification (NXT) and Gainsight NXT Administrator Certification (Level 3) from Gainsight in October 2020. Jessica also holds the Certified Customer Success Manager certification from Gainsight, obtained in August 2017. In addition, Jessica has the Gainsight Certified Administrator (SFDC) certification from Gainsight, obtained in October 2016. Lastly, they have the ITIL v3 Foundation Certification, obtained in October 2016.
