Will Bass, MBA, CISSP, CISA, CISM, QSA, PMP has a strong background in cybersecurity and IT management. Will currently serves as the Vice President of Cybersecurity Services at Flexential, where they lead a team responsible for various cybersecurity practices including penetration testing, incident response, disaster recovery, vulnerability management, risk management, and cybersecurity program development. Will is also involved in pre-sales activities, ensuring that offerings align with customer needs and budgets.

Prior to their current role, Will worked as a Senior Solutions Architect at Flexential, where they led the Security and Compliance practice for Professional Services. Will conducted assessments related to PCI, HIPAA, security, risk, privacy, NIST, and ISO regulations, and contributed to the development of systems architecture standards.

In addition to their work at Flexential, Will is an Adjunct Faculty member at the University of Denver. Will previously served as the Director of IT Architecture & Engineering at the university, where they provided technology guidance and developed strategic roadmaps for the IT team. Will also held the position of Director of Computer Operations, overseeing the central computing environment and ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of resources.

Earlier in their career, Will worked as a Managing Consultant at AppTier, LLC, and held various positions at CSC and Motorola.

Will Bass, MBA, CISSP, CISA, CISM, QSA, PMP, has a strong educational background in business and information systems. Will obtained their Master's degree in Business Administration from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University from 2006 to 2008. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems from the University of Colorado Boulder - Leeds School of Business, where they studied from 1994 to 1999.

In addition to their formal education, Will Bass has also obtained various certifications throughout their career. Will holds the Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) certification from ISACA, which they obtained in February 2021. Will also holds the Registered Practitioner certification from the Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification Accreditation Body (CMMC AB), obtained in January 2021.

Will Bass is certified as a ZCP: Enterprise Engineer 8.0 and a Zerto Certified Associate: Foundations 8.0 by Zerto, both obtained in January 2021. Will is also a Qualified Security Assessor certified by the PCI Security Standards Council since September 2020. Furthermore, they hold the Certified Data Privacy Solutions Engineer (CDPSE) certification from ISACA, obtained in June 2020.
