Elizabeth Lages

Elizabeth Lages has over 20 years of experience in various leadership roles. Elizabeth is currently serving as the Chief People and Culture Officer at Flexera, a position they have held since May 2021. Prior to this, they were the SVP People and Culture at Flexera, starting in January 2019. Elizabeth has also served as the SVP Organizational Effectiveness and Vice President of Global Operations at Flexera. Before joining Flexera, they worked at Macrovision as the Director of Telebusiness, NA from July 2004 to April 2008. Elizabeth started their career at Delano Technology as a Sales Team Lead and later joined SEEC as a Corporate Sales and Marketing Manager.

Elizabeth Lages completed a professional development program in building organizational cultures at the Harvard Division of Continuing Education. Prior to that, they attended SUNY New Paltz from 1985 to 1989, majoring in communication.
