Frida Randa

Frida Randa is an experienced leader in human resources and organizational culture, currently serving as Vice President of People & Culture at Flexera since January 2021. Prior to this role, Randa held multiple leadership positions at Snow Software, including Vice President of People, Global Business Partnering & Operations, and Senior Director of People & Global Business Partnering. Additionally, Randa co-founded Valletech and serves as Managing Partner and Non-Executive Advisor. Previous experience includes serving as Head of HR at Menzies Aviation, Global Account Manager at ADP, Operations Manager at Telemedicine Clinic, Country Manager at Xerox, and HR Advisor at Malmö Stad. Randa holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Lund University and has furthered education at Universitat de Barcelona and UCLA.
