Jennifer Matsuoka

Jennifer Matsuoka, PMP, is an accomplished professional in people operations, strategy, and analytics, currently serving as Vice President at Flexera since May 2010. Jennifer has held multiple leadership roles within the company, focusing on strategic initiatives, employee-related projects, and project management for enterprise systems like Workday and NetSuite. Prior experience includes significant positions at IBM Global Business Services as a Managing Consultant for Oracle E-Business Suite, as well as leadership roles at Gap Inc., BMC Software, Carlson Companies, and Wolfram Research. Jennifer holds an MBA in Operations Management from Gies College of Business, University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and a BA in French Studies from the same institution.
