Shinie Shaw

Shinie Shaw currently serves as VP of Strategy & Operations at Flexera, having joined in December 2023. Prior to this role, Shinie spent over eight years at VMware, holding positions such as Sr. Director of GTM, Strategy, Planning, and Analytics within the Networking and Security Sales division, and leading significant initiatives that accelerated SaaS consumption and integrated acquisitions. Shinie's earlier experience includes roles at Cisco as a Product Manager, where strategic plans generated substantial leads and bookings, and at GE Healthcare, managing compliance for a global product portfolio. Shinie began the career at Eaton Aerospace as a Program Manager, overseeing new product development and cross-functional teams, and has a solid educational background with dual MBAs from UC Berkeley and The University of Chicago, alongside a BS in Industrial Engineering from Northwestern University.
