Elya Zissimopoulou has over 16 years of experience in legal and compliance roles. Pantelia (Elya) started their career in 2002 at Hellenic Bank, where they served as an in-house legal advisor and later became the Head of Legal Services. In this role, they provided legal assistance in various sectors such as finance, collaterals, and contractual framework analysis. Pantelia (Elya) also handled legal compliance issues and coordinated communication with external legal advisors. In 2013, they joined Piraeus Bank as the Head of Legal Services in the Sector of SME's & Retail Banking. Pantelia (Elya) continued in this role until 2018 when they transitioned to their current position as the Head of Legal & Compliance at Flexfin S.A.
