Aline Vitelli Tanaka

Aline Vitelli Tanaka is currently a Senior Transaction Analyst at FlexFunds. Prior to that, they were an LATAM Research Analyst at Institutional Shareholder Services from January 2021 to April 2021. There, they were responsible for analyzing corporate governance and financial information to write detailed research reports on publicly traded companies, issuing proxy vote recommendations for shareholder meetings, answering internal/external queries on research reports, and developing market expertise in corporate governance, investment and shareholder issues. From August 2019 to July 2020, Aline was a Capital Market Associate Attorney at Mattos Filho, Veiga Filho, Marrey Jr. e Quiroga Advogados where they were responsible for representing issuers and underwriters in equity and debt securities transactions, representing clients on public and private securities offerings, including initial public offerings, debt offerings, as well as securitizations, and other capital markets transactions in a wide variety of industries. During their time at the firm, Aline was also actively involved in pro bono initiatives.

Aline Vitelli Tanaka pursued a Master of Laws at Boston University School of Law specializing in banking, corporate, finance, and securities law. Aline also has a Graduate Certificate in Financial Management from Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa and a Bachelor of Laws from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie. Aline is also certified by the University of Cambridge in English proficiency.
