Amit Dhabalia

Amit Dhabalia has a diverse work experience in the field of engineering and test engineering. Amit started their career at HedgeServ in 2006 as a Lead Test Automation Engineer and Senior Software Engineer, where they assessed applications and reviewed testing to identify opportunities for automation. Amit also mentored a team of up to 7 testers. Amit then moved to CommonBond.co in 2015 as a Lead Automation Engineer, where they focused on building an automation framework and managing teams. Amit introduced a collaborative concept for product, developers, and testers. In 2016, they joined Northwestern Mutual as a Senior Director/Senior Manager, Test Engineering, where they built a Test Engineering team to support field applications. Amit provided critical feedback and supported their direct reports through one-on-one meetings. Lastly, in 2022, Amit joined FlexGen as the Director of Engineering.

Amit Dhabalia has pursued a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from the New Jersey Institute of Technology. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, with a minor in Applied Mathematics, also at the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
