Braden Harwood

Braden Harwood is an accomplished Embedded Software Engineer currently working at FlexGen since August 2025. Previously, Braden held positions at Powin as a Senior Embedded Software Engineer and Embedded Software Engineer, where contributions included developing safety-critical BMS firmware, building Python tools for automated processes, and enhancing remote test infrastructure. Braden's experience also encompasses an internship at Cisco with the Baseboard Management Controller team, along with various tutoring and mentorship roles at Portland State University, focusing on engineering concepts and design education. Braden earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Portland State University and an Associate of Arts in Social Sciences from Walla Walla Community College.
