Kristine Mushkevych

Kristine Mushkevych is an experienced Sr. Paralegal currently at FlexGen since August 2025, previously serving in the same role at Powin from February 2023 to August 2025, where leadership in contract management system implementation was demonstrated. Prior experience includes roles as a Paralegal and Judicial Assistant at The Supreme Court of British Columbia, where responsibilities involved legal research and documentation preparation. Kristine has also worked as an Immigration Case Officer at Worldwide Relocation Services, specializing in BC PNP business immigration applications, and served as in-house legal counsel at SoftServe, providing legal support in the software development industry. Early career experience includes an internship in the House of Commons with Parliament of Canada. Kristine holds both Bachelor's and Master's Degrees of Law from Ivan Franko National University of Lviv and additional education from Capilano University and the University of Jyväskylä.
