Shanna Hayes

Shanna Hayes has a diverse background in the technology and healthcare industry. Shanna is currently working as a Senior Integration Engineer at FlexGen since March 2023. Prior to that, they were a Software Engineer at Salesforce from August 2021 to January 2023.

Before joining Salesforce, Shanna worked at IBM for several roles. From May 2020 to August 2021, they were a Software Developer in Enterprise Sales Analytics. From June 2017 to May 2020, they worked as a Software Developer in Financial Crimes Insight. From June 2014 to June 2017, they were a Software Developer in Intelligent Video Analytics, where they developed video surveillance applications and collaborated with customers for defect fixes.

Shanna also has experience as an Applied Biophysics Research Intern at Valencell from August 2012 to May 2013 and as a Research and Development Co-op at Teleflex Medical from May 2012 to August 2012. Shanna also worked as a Research Assistant in Biomaterials Laboratory at North Carolina State University from October 2010 to January 2012 and as a Process Engineering Intern at Novartis Vaccines and Diagnostics from May 2011 to August 2011.

Shanna Hayes obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Engineering, specializing in Instrumentation, from North Carolina State University from 2009 to 2013. Following this, they pursued a Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, specializing in Digital Signal and Image Processing, from North Carolina State University from 2013 to 2014.
