Tara Sealander

Tara Sealander is a seasoned professional in the clean energy sector with extensive experience in business operations and sales. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Business Operations at FlexGen since October 2021, Tara previously held the position of Senior Director of Sales Operations and Field Support at Trinity Solar from August 2018 to November 2021. Additionally, Tara was the Director of Sales Operations at Palmetto, a clean technology company, and the Director of Sales Integration at NRG Home Solar, where responsibilities included coordinating departments to support the sales team. Earlier career highlights include serving as Solar Process Engineer and Regional Market Manager at NRG Home Solar and Sunrun, respectively. Tara Sealander holds a BS in Environmental Studies with a focus on Geology and Geography from The George Washington University and an MBA in Marketing from Rutgers University.
