Santiago Kojic

Santiago Kojic is the current Chief Operating Officer at Flexiana, a position they have held since November 2019. Prior to this, they were a Project Manager at ID Comms from April-October 2019, where they were responsible for developing new processes and methodologies, training staff on best practices, and successfully re-structuring their workflow to include data protection principles and laws. Santiago has also delivered projects to pre-determined budget, maintained time parameters and quality standards, and developed long-term business strategy by using customer feedback to identify necessary process improvements. In their current role at Flexiana, Santiago is responsible for overseeing the company's day-to-day operations, as well as its long-term planning and strategic direction. Santiago is also actively involved in company growth, consistently providing quality customer service to promote growth and retention.

Santiago Kojic has a Master of Communications and Media Studies from Monash University and a Bachelor of Architecture - BArch from RMIT University. Santiago also has certification from the Interaction Design Foundation (IxDF) in Become a UX Designer from Scratch, Human-Computer Interaction - HCI, and Membership Certificate.

Their manager is Jiri Knesl, Founder. Santiago Kojic works with Ivo Dimitrov - Account Manager, Marek Rinko - Account Manager.
