Amanda Eles

Amanda Eles is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Flexible Automation Inc. since October 2025. Prior to this role, Amanda held the position of Director of Automation Engineering at JB Poindexter & Co from June 2021 to June 2025, and worked as an Application Engineer at Esys Automation from December 2019 to June 2021. Amanda's earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Application Controls Engineer and a Mechanical Design Engineer at ABB, and various engineering roles at Acme Manufacturing, including Process Engineer and Simulation Engineer. Amanda began a career in robotics as a Robot Programmer at R&E Automated from May 2005 to August 2008. Amanda earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Lake Superior State University from 2000 to 2005.
