Jason Baker

Jason Baker, Pharm.D. has a diverse work experience in the pharmacy industry. Jason is currently the President and CEO of Flexible Pharmacy Services, a company that provides pharmacy staffing, consulting, and recruiting services. Jason co-owns Jasifer Properties, LLC and has been a member of the Kentucky Pharmacists Association since 1994. Jason has also held leadership roles in the American Society of Consultant Pharmacist and the Crescent Hill Community Council. In addition, they have worked as a staff and consultant pharmacist at Omnicare and Statcare Pharmacy, and as a staff pharmacist and pharmacy manager at Revco Drug Stores. Jason started their career as a pharmacy technician/intern at the University of Kentucky Hospital Pharmacy.

Jason Baker obtained their High School Diploma from Montgomery County High School in 1990. Jason then pursued a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (Pharmacist) at the University of Kentucky from 1992 to 1996. Jason also earned a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from the University of Kentucky during the same period.
