Rukshan Fernando

Rukshan Fernando has a comprehensive work experience spanning several industries and roles. Rukshan started their career as a Banking Assistant at Seylan Bank PLC in 1992 and worked there until 1993. Following this, they joined Hilton Worldwide as a Restaurant Supervisor from 1993 to 1998. In 1998, Rukshan moved to Flexible Plan Investments, Ltd. where they assumed various positions over the years. Rukshan started as a Data Entry Specialist and subsequently worked as a Data Manager from 2000 to 2004. Rukshan then progressed to the role of Trading Manager from 2004 to 2015 before becoming the Comptroller from 2015 to 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Financial Officer at Flexible Plan Investments, Ltd. starting from May 2022.

Rukshan Fernando began their education in 1980 at S. Thomas' Prep School in Sri Lanka, where they completed their Ordinary Level high school studies in 1989. From 1990 to 1992, they attended D. S. Senanayake College in Sri Lanka and obtained their High School Diploma with a focus on Accounting and Commerce. Following this, Rukshan further pursued their education at Walsh College from 2000 to 2004, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
