Lajos Benkő

Lajos Benkő has a diverse work experience in the software engineering field. Lajos started their career at Gamax Kft. in 2014 as a JavaEE Developer, where they supported and maintained legacy projects, designed and implemented core features in ongoing projects, and participated in all stages of the software development lifecycle. In 2016, they joined EPAM Systems as a Software Engineer, where they developed a forex based trading platform for a large Swiss bank and delivered multiple mission-critical and user-facing features.

In 2018, Lajos joined Flexion as a Senior Software Engineer, and later on, they took on the role of Lead Software Engineer. At Flexion, they led a team in designing and implementing a new version of a core component of their product, made critical architecture decisions as part of an architect group, and participated in recruitment. Currently, Lajos continues their work at Flexion in these roles. Overall, Lajos Benkő has shown a strong track record in software engineering, with expertise in developing trading platforms and leading teams.

Lajos Benkő pursued their education at various institutions and obtained certifications in addition to their formal education. From 2011 to 2013, they attended Pázmány Péter Catholic University - Faculty of Information Technology and Bionics, where they did not obtain a degree. Following this, they enrolled at Óbuda University from 2014 to 2015 but did not earn a degree there either.

Additionally, Lajos Benkő acquired several certifications, including DevOps Essentials, Learning Vagrant, and Linux Essentials Certification.
