Michelle Arcenal

Ma. Michelle Arcenal, MPM, is an experienced executive with a strong background in operations and project management. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer and Country Manager at Flexisource IT since March 2015, Ma. Michelle leads outsourcing projects and ensures smooth transitions from client engagements to the Manila center. Prior experience includes the role of Asia Pacific Managing Director for RPO Implementations at IBM Global Process Services, where key responsibilities involved liaising with clients and managing project implementations. Ma. Michelle also held positions as Transition Lead at QBE Insurance and Assistant Manager for Operations at IBM, demonstrating a consistent focus on client satisfaction and operational efficiency. Ma. Michelle earned a degree in Economics from the University of the Philippines Diliman in 2007.
